Never send secrets

Mint support will never request your seed phrase, private key, password, remote access, or a transfer to “verify” your wallet.

What to include

  1. Stop signing.Reject pending requests and close suspicious pages.
  2. Record public details.Page URL, chain ID, wallet address, contract address, and transaction hash.
  3. Describe the expected result.Include the action, displayed price, quantity, and exact error. Never include wallet secrets.
  4. Verify independently.Review confirmed activity on the public explorer.
